You'll develop quick debugging methods, support repair partners through technical training, and create documentation to streamline repair processes. Your role includes ensuring high-quality repair outputs, implementing new product introductions, and providing on-site technical support as needed. You'll leverage your analytical skills in a fast-paced environment to drive continuous improvements in both testing and repair efficiencies, ultimately contributing to Nokia's commitment to quality and innovation in telecommunications.
