About the Role Monzo is seeking a Product Director to lead Flex, our fast-growing credit product, into its next phase of growth. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product and credit, shaping strategy, segments, and long-term profitability while delivering customer-focused, transparent experiences. You’ll work with Engineering, Credit, Data, Design, and senior leadership to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and move fast. What You'll Do
- Set the strategy for Flex and define its direction as one of Monzo’s most important revenue-driving products.
- Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities across customer segments and cohorts.
- Navigate trade-offs between growth, risk, and customer outcomes; drive commercial performance and profitability.
