About the Role
As a Product Development Expert at Avon, you will lead the journey from concept to pilot production, working with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, commercially viable solutions. This role combines technical expertise, project leadership, and stakeholder management to accelerate new product delivery and support Avon’s external manufacturing business. What You'll Do
- Coordinating new product development projects from initial brief through to pilot production.
- Collaborating with formulation and packaging suppliers to evaluate opportunities and source suitable solutions.
- Assessing technical feasibility and manufacturability of proposed products.
- Preparing project timelines, estimates, and risk assessments to support commercial proposals.
