About the Role The Lear Legnica Technical Center role focuses on developing metal structures for car seats and electrical/electronic systems. You will ensure product designs meet client, legal, and Lear requirements, support plant and suppliers during launches, and coordinate multidisciplinary development efforts from concept to prototyping and documentation transfer. What You'll Do
- Deliver product/construction in line with Client, legal and Lear requirements.
- Support Plant and suppliers in correct product launches.
- Compile essential technical specifications and verify plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary product development team and resolve design issues.
- Coordinate team of product engineers and designers in development phase.
- Maintain close contact with suppliers for new products and approvals.
- Coordinate documentation management; implement DFMEA changes.
