- Manage produce department inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, rotation, and display merchandising.
- Plan and execute price changes, promotions, and displays; oversee labor and safety of produce associates.
- Train, supervise, and develop associates; ensure proper onboarding and ongoing coaching.
- Ensure supply and rotation of fresh, high-quality produce; maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Build appealing displays and ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, and storage of merchandise.
- Monitor department performance to meet budgeted financial goals.
