Job Summary

• The Procurement Officer will manage the sourcing and purchasing of goods, equipment, materials, and services required for the efficient operation of the retail, hospitality, leisure, food and beverage, and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement procedures, policies, and approval processes.
• Source reliable suppliers, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, proposals, and supplier bids.
• Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and service agreements.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure all purchases receive the necessary approvals.
• Procure food items, beverages, retail products, maintenance materials, office supplies, equipment, and operational consumables.
