Procurement Engineer Intern
About this role
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and strategies. Develops and manages supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Analyzes market trends to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs. Ensures all procurement related actions are managed for assigned NPDL project and/or other development projects.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Collaborates with project teams to define procurement requirements and strategies.
- Manages procurement activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Prepares and manages purchase orders and contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the procurement process.
- Drives supplier & part selection in I2M tog with CT.
- Orders tools and samples in relation to NPI's.
