About the Role The Procurement & Car Fleet Management Intern supports the Strategic Procurement Partner and Office Executives in administration for procurement tasks and car fleet management within Roche Services (Europe) Ltd. Site Services Department. This role combines fleet management duties with procurement support and ad-hoc projects to help ensure efficient operations. What You'll Do
- Car fleet: manage administrative duties including monitoring fleet contract start/end dates, highway tickets, penalties; keep contact with Leasing companies and follow up messages; inform employees about car policy; assist with car fleet related questions; update the fleet database; support the car handover process and perform regular car condition checks; assist with the request, distribution, and record-keeping of fuel cards and motorway vignettes; support ad-hoc projects and tasks; assist with…
