About the Role The Process Safety Management Coordinator will lead and manage IFF's Process Safety Management (PSM) program, focusing on Management of Change (MOC), hazard analyses, audits, training, and regulatory compliance to keep our operations safe and compliant. This onsite role is based in Philadelphia, PA and will partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous safety improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring proper documentation and risk evaluation
- Coordinate Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and track action items through completion
- Ensure PSM program compliance and maintain audit readiness at all times
- Support and lead internal and external safety audits, resolving findings promptly
