Responsibilities
- Identify process bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
- Reduce downtime, waste, and production cycle times
- Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects
- Analyze production data and monitor KPIs
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Collaborate across departments to improve workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (minimum 2:1)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
