About the Role The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process excellence at the Gastonia site, focusing on safely and reliably producing quality products within cost and delivery expectations. You will work on capital projects and help build/maintain management systems such as PSM, RCA, JSA, Halal, RSPO, and cGMP, reporting to the Improvement Process Leader. What You'll Do
- Directly impact the innovation of the Specialty Chemical Industry by delivering process excellence, with emphasis on Safety, Environmental, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
- Lead capital projects and support building/maintaining management systems (PSM, RCA, JSA, Halal, RSPO, cGMP).
- Conduct batch tracking to identify repeat failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
