About the Role Develop and implement new manufacturing processes for New Product Introductions (NPI) and ensure smooth transfer to high-volume manufacturing with minimal quality issues. The role involves analyzing and optimizing existing manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and product quality, designing experiments to validate improvements, troubleshooting process issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust automation and process solutions. What You'll Do
- Develop new process for NPI, transfer to HVM without major quality issues.
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
- Design and conduct experiments to troubleshoot process issues and validate improvements.
