- Lead continuous improvement projects to improve equipment cleanliness, debottleneck processes, increase throughput, reduce waste, and decrease costs.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new equipment or changes to existing operations.
- Develop capacity models for processing lines, identify bottlenecks, and propose capacity-improvement projects.
- Create capital proposals with scope documents, cost estimates, and timelines for management review.
- Manage projects to meet all technical requirements.
- Develop project specifications and systems (PFDs, P&IDs, site and floor plans).
