- Supervise project execution, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and participate in developing and implementing technologies with international partners.
- Collaborate with other company units and contractors to relay information and documentation to partners in English.
- Create job instructions and process descriptions after implementing new technologies; train operators on the new technologies.
- Optimize production processes for quality and efficiency by monitoring process KPIs.
