Role: Support private markets and alternatives operations, focusing on reconciliation, settlements, exception management, documentation, and client service while maintaining accurate IBOR data and managing operational risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle loan and private-market transactions, including project finance, structured credit, real assets, syndicated loans, CLOs, and restructurings.
- Analyze legal documentation and support settlement processes.
- Maintain IBOR data accuracy and investigate cash, position, and transaction discrepancies.
- Drive process automation and control improvements.
- Work with internal teams, counterparties, and clients.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of loan operations or related settlements/reconciliation experience.
