About this role
Private Banker
We are looking for a Private Banker to manage, retain and grow private banking customers in line with the bank’s segment strategy while working with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain private banking customers in line with the bank’s segment strategy.
- Build strong relationships with credit, product, wealth, and other support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage customer requests, complaints, and applications from start to completion.
- Conduct needs analysis for new and existing customers to identify suitable financial products and services.
- Proactively manage the customer portfolio to maximize revenue while minimizing costs and risks.
Requirements
