About the Role As a Printing Press Operator at Solventum, you will support production operations on the first shift, ensuring safe, high-quality printing processes and efficient plant performance. This role contributes to maintaining strict quality standards and smooth manufacturing operations in a healthcare-focused environment. What You'll Do
- Safely set up, operate, and monitor printing presses (Offset, Wolverine, Windmill, Mark Andy) following SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Verify materials, complete press setups and changeovers, perform line clearances, and prepare plates, lot codes, and date codes for production runs.
- Monitor print quality and process performance, adjusting as needed to meet specifications and maintain product quality.
