About the Role The Lead Vehicle Frame Engineer will lead and coordinate vehicle frame design for the Fleet-as-a-Service (FaaS) program, overseeing engineers, designers, testers, and suppliers to ensure quality, performance, and safety. This role serves as the primary technical authority for the vehicle platform, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering on-time results. What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate vehicle frame design and development for FaaS, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, manage materials/services delivery, monitor performance, and conduct audits
- Approve CATIA models and drawings; set technical specifications and pass/fail standards; review test results; evaluate feasibility, cost, and quality
