About the Role The Principal Technical Specialist acts as the technical bridge between customers and Pall's filter technology, collaborating with Sales to support growth in the Micro-E business. Based in Japan and fully remote, you will engage globally with TS colleagues to translate customer needs into improved filtration, separation and purification solutions, while leading issue resolution and knowledge sharing across the organization. What You'll Do
- Visit customers with the Sales team to close filter opportunities and obtain technical VoC for CIP/NPD needs; deliver technical seminars.
- Interact with customers to define technical issues and provide root-cause analysis for product performance and filtration challenges.
