About the Role IQVIA is hiring a Principal Statistical Programmer - FSP with a permanent homebased arrangement. The role supports statistical programming for global clinical studies within IQVIA's global FSP model, with options to work from Milan and other listed European locations. What You'll Do
- Lead statistical programming activities for global clinical trials within the FSP model
- Develop and deliver SDTM/ADaM datasets, tables, listings, and figures
- Ensure regulatory deliverables meet sponsor requirements and project timelines
- Collaborate with statisticians, data managers and CROs; mentor junior programmers
- Maintain compliance with SOPs and CDISC standards What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Principal Statistical Programmer or similar senior programming role in clinical research
