About the Role Lead end-to-end software engineering for an 8-person team, providing technical direction and architectural leadership. Design, implement, and evolve scalable microservices while partnering with product, TPMs, and UX to turn PRDs into actionable technical solutions. You will champion engineering excellence, AI-driven practices, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate impact in the property ecosystem. What You'll Do
- Provide end-to-end technical leadership for an 8-person engineering team (junior engineers, senior professionals, and technical PMs).
- Architect and implement robust, scalable microservices replacing monoliths.
- Partner with TPMs, Business Managers, and UX Engineers to translate PRDs into technical solutions.
- Design and manage event-driven communication using Apache Kafka as the messaging backbone.
