About the Role The Principal Scientist role supports the design and development of diagnostic solutions across life sciences and cancer diagnostics within Leica Biosystems. You’ll collaborate with a global team, apply the Danaher Business System to turn ideas into impact, and help accelerate innovation that improves patient outcomes. What You'll Do
- Apply the Danaher Business System and continuous improvement to drive research and product development in diagnostics.
- Help develop diagnostic solutions that turn anxiety into answers and assist the acceleration of next-generation therapies.
- Collaborate with a diverse, global team to advance cancer diagnostics from biopsy to diagnosis and improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate results with stakeholders and contribute to the scientific direction of a leading diagnostics portfolio. What We're Looking For
