About the Role
The Principal Digital Training Content Management Specialist leads development, management, and delivery of digital training content for biomanufacturing operators, focusing on VR/MR, AR, and digital step-by-step instructional animations to accelerate operator competence and ensure compliance. This on-site role is based in Poland and reports to the Learning Solutions Content Director within the Learning Solution team. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and evolve customer education and operator training content, aligned with: New product launches; Product and process enhancements and Industry-relevant and regulatory-driven learning needs
