About the Role Principal Consultant – Critical Minerals (USA) will contribute to the growth of our global critical minerals consulting team and to the execution of our broader Energy Transition projects for private and public sector clients by providing analytical rigor, expertise in model development, and the ability to manage entire workstreams and develop client-ready deliverables. The role offers exposure to a dynamic team with diverse backgrounds in energy and the energy transition. What You'll Do
- Effectively manage workstreams within a project, under the direction of the project manager.
- Develop advanced cost, financial and market models on critical minerals and metals costs, especially focused on midstream (processing, smelters, refineries).
- Contribute to business development efforts of the critical minerals consulting practice (proposals, scoping calls, conferences, etc.).
