About the Role L3Harris seeks a Principal, Business Development to support the Integrated Systems & Encryption Division within the Maritime Sector in the Washington, DC or Camden, NJ areas. You will drive growth in Autonomous Undersea Vehicle Systems (AUVS) and Submarine Communications, building relationships, shaping opportunities, and leading capture and proposal efforts for U.S. Navy, DoD and international markets. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase orders, bookings, and captures.
- Build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers to drive new business opportunities.
- Lead capture activities across the full BD lifecycle: opportunity identification, qualification, pursuit strategy, proposal development, and contract award.
- Use DoW acquisition pathways (DIU, NRCO) to accelerate growth.
