About the Role Pricing Specialist to support the Ingredients & Specialties business in Central America (Mexico, Costa Rica and Guatemala). Primary responsibility is to ensure the correct execution of the pricing strategy defined by the Product area and Sales leaders in the Mexico and Central America region. You will be responsible for pricing, monitoring results, identifying deviations, and supporting sales teams to capture margin growth opportunities, ensuring focus, prioritization, and financial impact. - Drive pricing governance and strategy execution, proactively identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for optimization while recommending corrective actions by ensuring strong alignment between the company’s pricing strategy and commercial practices.
- Analyze market and data trends to provide the best pricing guidance to fulfill customer protocols.
