About the Role The Pricing Lead, Orthopedics, based in Warsaw, supports the development, execution and optimization of pricing strategies for the DePuy Synthes Orthopedics portfolio. The role provides analytical expertise and business insights to support pricing decisions, commercial initiatives, contract negotiations, and market access activities. Working closely with Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, and other business partners, the Pricing Lead develops pricing analyses, business cases, scenario models, and market assessments that enable profitable growth. - Develop pricing analyses, business cases, scenario models, and market assessments to inform pricing decisions across the Orthopedics portfolio.
- Support the execution of pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and market access initiatives.
