About the Role Pricing Analyst in Monterrey with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. Develop and execute pricing strategies in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to maximize price realization and profitability. Analyze pricing performance, market trends, costs, and profitability, providing recommendations to protect margins. Manage pricing systems (SAP, Vistex, eCommerce) and enhance pricing dashboards to track KPIs, price realization, discounts, and business performance. Partner with Sales and business leaders on incentive, commission, rebate, and transactional pricing programs, including NPI pricing support. Lead pricing process improvements, stakeholder training, system enhancements, and resolution of pricing issues to ensure effective pricing execution. What You'll Do
