About the Role C.H. Robinson is seeking a Pricing Analyst in São Paulo to support day-to-day pricing activities across Brazil, driving growth, profitability, and customer success. You will influence pricing turnaround, collaborate with commercial, operations, trucking, and product teams, and contribute to KPIs such as AGP, volume growth, and win rates across Brazil and Latin America. What You'll Do
- Manage the incoming work queue by leading opportunity vetting, addressing network troubleshooting requests, and responding to email inquiries.
- Coordinate, complete, and respond to complex daily pricing requests for new and existing customers, meeting assigned due dates.
- Be aware of available pricing tools and help commercial teams select the most appropriate tools; educate the network on why specific tools best support opportunities.
