About the Role Chili's is seeking a Prep Cook to support the Kitchen Heart of House by preparing a variety of foods and ensuring stations are stocked and ready for service. This role emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced execution, and adherence to safety and sanitation policies. What You'll Do
- Properly execute all recipe procedures
- Prepare a variety of foods with different methods of preparation
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Nice to Have
