About the Role Chili's Kitchen Team Members, including Prep Cooks, are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift with dependable, fast service. They contribute to a welcoming, safe environment and ensure food is prepared according to recipes. This role focuses on prep work, food preparation and supporting a high-volume kitchen.
What You'll Do
- Properly execute all recipe procedures
- Prepare a variety of foods with different methods of preparation
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
