Premix Operator
1 Strictly follow SOP to perform premix production, comply with GMP regulations. 2 Responsible for packaging premix materials, adjust according to different specifications, and perform process adjustments on downstream equipment such as the form machine, printer, metal detector, reject, and vision camera, to ensure packaged products meet process requirements. 3 Responsible for product bag label review and labeling. 4 Responsible for handling packaging equipment abnormalities and maintenance of packaging machines. 5 Responsible for cleaning and disinfection of packaging area equipment (including packaging line and ancillary equipment) and environment, and fill related records.
