Pre-Sales Implementation Specialist
About this role
Thomson Reuters is seeking a remote Pre-Sales Implementation Specialist to support the sales organization by coordinating and advancing customer trials from kickoff through evaluation. The role partners closely with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to ensure trials are launched efficiently, customers receive timely support, usage is monitored, and follow-up actions are completed. This position helps increase seller capacity, improve trial execution, and create a better customer experience during the pre-sale process.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-sale trial activities across active opportunities, manage trial setup, processing, extensions, and follow-up tasks, and ensure trial-related requests move efficiently between sales, customers, and internal teams
