- Weiterentwicklung des Ideenmanagements begleiten und aktiv mitgestalten
- Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung von Ideen-Kampagnen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung kreativer Kommunikationsmaterialien zur internen Ansprache
- Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiterideen aus allen Unternehmensbereichen
- Austausch mit internen Stakeholdern, Experten und Ideengebern
