AskPPL People Practices Sr Advisor
The AskPPL People Practices Sr Advisor is an integral part of our EMEA People Services team and delivers all Tier 2 employee life-cycle processes and general HR services. You will partner with our Payroll, People Consulting, Benefits, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Data Insights, Health and Safety and Diversity and Belonging teams to deliver a great experience to our employees and ensuring our HR processes are completed effectively and compliant. You are a local subject matter expert in HR Operations, Benefits Coordination, HR Compliance, Program and Project Support and Process Improvements. You will report to the Manager for EMEA People Services. This is a hybrid role, a mix between home and office working.
