Lohachy Farms, a producer of premium-quality, farm-fresh eggs under hygienic and sustainable conditions, is seeking a Poultry Processing Operator to carry out assigned processing activities safely, hygienically, and efficiently, ensuring products meet the company's quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the processing line (slaughter, scalding, defeathering, evisceration, washing, chilling, cutting, deboning, weighing, packaging, loading)
- Ensure correct trimming and portioning
- Verify products meet weight and quality specifications before packaging
- Ensure labels are accurate and properly attached
- Ensure professional use of manual and automated equipment
- Carry out equipment and facility cleaning after processing
- Comply with company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
