About the Role The Portfolio Manager I is responsible for the active management of all property and assets entrusted to the Jacksonville Housing Authority, ensuring financial performance, compliance, and asset integrity. What You'll Do
- Manage the portfolio of properties and assets under the authority
- Monitor compliance with HUD/RAD/LIHTC programs and internal policies
- Conduct inspections and coordinate property-related activities to maintain asset condition What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in business or related field with asset/property management experience
- 5+ years (or 7+ years with equivalent training)
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- HUD/RAD/LIHTC knowledge
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000-$65,000 per year
- Onsite, Full-Time position
