About the Role As the community Porter, you will perform custodial duties to maintain the cleanliness of the buildings, amenities, and surrounding grounds. This role supports a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and property guests. The position is onsite and pays hourly. What You'll Do
- Clean areas, maintain grounds and amenities, and perform minor repairs as needed
- Follow safety procedures and report issues promptly
- Assist with basic property upkeep and coordination with maintenance staff What We're Looking For
- General custodial duties and janitorial experience; 1 year preferred
- Ability to operate tools safely and perform minor repairs
- Attentive to safety procedures and building/grounds cleanliness Nice to Have
- 1 year janitorial experience preferred Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $20 per hour
- Work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
