DESCRIPCIÓN DE FUNCIONES
El Asistente de Piscina garantiza la supervisión, la limpieza y el buen funcionamiento de la piscina, asegurando al mismo tiempo la seguridad y el confort de los clientes en un entorno de alta gama.
Responsabilidades principales
- Atención y servicio al cliente: recibir a los clientes en la zona de la piscina, preparar las tumbonas, toallas y equipos de confort, responder a las solicitudes de los clientes con cortesía y profesionalismo, y garantizar una experiencia acorde con los estándares del hotel.
- Seguridad y supervisión: supervisar constantemente la zona de la piscina, velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene, intervenir en caso de comportamiento de riesgo o emergencia, y reportar cualquier anomalía o incidente.
