Job Summary
The PMO – Process & Data Analyst supports project governance, process improvement initiatives, and data driven decision-making across the organization. The role is responsible for project tracking, stakeholder coordination, process analysis, performance reporting, dashboard development, and continuous improvement activities to drive operational excellence and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze business and project data.
- Document and analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
- Support project planning, tracking, governance, and status reporting.
- Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance documentation.
- Coordinate project meetings and follow up on actions and deliverables.
