About the Role Join our facilities team and apply your journeyman-level plumbing expertise to maintain essential campus systems, including gas, water, steam, sanitary, and storm lines, plumbing fixtures, and boiler operations. This role requires skilled plumbing work and the ability to meet license or insurance requirements through boiler care and operation. What You'll Do
- Perform journeyman-level plumbing duties, following recognized procedures to service gas, water, steam, sanitary and storm lines; install and repair plumbing fixtures and equipment.
- Provide general care, repair, and operation of boilers to meet and/or exceed license or insurance requirements.
- Read and interpret working drawings; follow detailed instructions; read gauges and measuring devices; maintain compliance with the Uniform Building Code.
