About the Role Join P&G's Lima (Ohio) Plant as a Plant Technician. You will work on a team to pack and label products from manufacturing, or package finished items, using manual or automated equipment. You will act as System Owner or Equipment Owner in your area, operating and maintaining equipment to help keep production flowing and quality high. What You'll Do
- Participate on a team to pack products from making area and label/package them, or package finished product items, using manual or automated equipment.
- Operate and maintain equipment in your area, possibly with machines or robots.
- Serve as System Owner or Equipment Owner for your area.
- Ensure production flows, meet performance goals, and maintain high quality.
- Maintain accurate records and data.
- Use essential material handling equipment (forklift, clamp truck, hand trucks).
- Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
