About the Role As Plant Manager at Chippenham for Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin), you will lead site manufacturing, technical and engineering operations, ensure world-class H&S standards, and drive continuous improvement to deliver quality and cost targets. You’ll develop the site strategy, manage the budget, and coach the Site Management Team to create a world-class operations environment that supports the Commercial function. What You'll Do
- Lead and direct the site manufacturing, technical and engineering operations in accordance with company objectives and world-class H&S standards.
- Maximise operational efficiencies within labour/materials cost standards to meet planned output and specifications.
- Drive, deliver and monitor Continuous Improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy; create cost reduction projects and a rolling three-year capital expenditure plan.
