The Role: We are looking for our next Plant Finance Manager within our Pharma Operations Finance Business Partner team. The Plant Finance Manager will lead Operations Finance Business Partner organization within USA entities while directly overseeing our Newark plant product costing, being responsible for product costing accuracy, inventory analysis, challenging and supporting operations in its pursuit for improvement. This position is located in Newark - DE.
Compensation
The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $146,000- $198,000. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
