About the Role Join VNA Health Group as a full-time Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy care to homecare patients in South Orange, West Orange and Newark, NJ. You’ll work as part of a supportive team delivering patient-centered care in home settings, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and career development. What You'll Do
- Assess and evaluate clients for physical therapy needs and develop plans in collaboration with the physician
- Document changes in client’s condition and update care plans and outcomes accordingly
- Identify counseling needs and plan appropriate teaching strategies
- Monitor quality and appropriateness of services provided
- Adhere to infection control and safety policies
- Adhere to the organization’s policies on absenteeism and appearance
- Perform other duties as appropriate or related to the role
