What You'll Do
- Assigns and monitors work to ensure that laboratory customer service requests are met in an accurate, timely, and appropriate manner.
- Applies skills and experience to identify problems as they arise. Implements appropriate troubleshooting and follow through.
- Proficiently operate and utilize the Data Management functions of the LIS to address the needs of the lab service areas and their clientele.
