About the Role At CVS Health, Pharmacy Technicians support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate care in retail stores. They are often the first point of contact for patients, help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly and patients have a positive experience, while following SOPs and regulatory guidelines. What You'll Do
- Follow all pharmacy SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
- Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Deliver positive patient experiences with empathy at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; assist with immunizations and other services where allowed; escalate patient issues as needed.
