About the Role Pharmacy Technicians play a critical role in supporting CVS Health’s pharmacy teams to deliver on our brand promise. They help ensure patient prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately and contribute to a caring service experience that meets patient expectations. Technicians work as part of the pharmacy team, following SOPs, best practices, and strong communication to support safe and inclusive care.
What You'll Do
- Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Deliver empathetic patient experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; assist with immunizations and other services as available at the register and over the phone.
