About the Role CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support the pharmacy team to deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient care in retail locations. They follow SOPs, apply best practices, and contribute to a safe and inclusive culture while completing required state licensing and certification. What You'll Do
- Follow all SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off) to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Support pharmacists and the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional service and positive patient experiences, including at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; assist with immunizations and other services when appropriate.
- Perform basic inventory activities such as receiving medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories, and proper stocking.
