About the Role AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our remote Call-Center team. Under direct supervision, you will support drug distribution, ordering, and control for medication dispensing and serve as a liaison with patients, providers, and our pharmacy to ensure accurate, compliant, and customer-focused service.
What You'll Do
- Enter minor edits to dispensing quantity and manufacturer NDC used to dispense prescription orders.
- Use pharmacy software to check and record data about prescriptions.
- Act as a liaison between customers, their providers, and our pharmacy; receive and triage incoming phone calls and messages to answer questions, fill prescription orders, or handle other requests to ensure clients have a positive experience.
